Update to Thursday training for 13 May

Slight change this Thursday as the hall is not available until a little later.
Meet as usual at swimming pool reception 5.55. We will then do a short warm up run to soccer fields, do some running drills, then return to hall at 6.30pm for core, foot strength, general strength and a game. We may finish closer to 7.15-7.30. Please have warm clothes for the first half hour.
