Strength and conditioning session for ACTXC and other ACT snowsports athletes. Session will involve circuit format with exercises focused on strength and coordination using body weight as resistance, postural strength and running.
Bring water bottle and runners.
Session will be held at John Knight Park at Lake Ginninderra. Meet at the basketball courts behind Lake Ginninderra college between 6 and 6.10pm for a 6.15pm start. Parking is either at John Knight playground or at Lake Ginninderra college.
