strength and conditioning session. Sessions will run every Thursday evening at John Knight Park on Lake Ginninderra opposite the basketball courts at the exercise stations. Training will continue at this time until daylight savings ends, last Thursday 29 March. Training will be held on Thursday 5 and 12 April (weeks 9 and 10) following the end of daylight saving – location and time to be advised.
Sessions will involve circuit type strength sessions, running and drills. Bring runners, drink bottle and exercise mat.
There is no additional cost for those juniors that have paid the annual ACTXC joining fee in term 4 2017. Sessions will again be open to all ACT junior snowsports athletes, who will pay separately per session.
