Sessions will run each Sunday morning in Term 1. The focus and outline for each session will be put on teamapp ahead of each Sunday. Please familiarise yourself/child with the outline so that we can make the most of each session. Please arrive 8.45 with gear on ready for 9am sharp start.
Outline Feb 18 Skate rollerski session Warm up: 1-3 laps (depending on age/experience) Agility circuit with and without poles Skating without poles Game on rollerskis (younger athletes) and continuous skiing with short sprints (more experienced athletes) Warm down: half – 2 laps Change into joggers- core strength and running drills
