Strength and conditioning

During term 2 the Thursday session will be indoors using a multi purpose sports hall at the AIS. This will be a strength session based on MyAISbasecamp. Please arrive by 5.55 and we will meet at reception to the swimming pool.
Bring exercise mat, drink, runners, warm clothes for after the session.
