AIS
During term 2 the Thursday session will be indoors using a multi purpose sports hall at the AIS. This will be a strength session based on MyAISbasecamp. Please arrive by 5.55 and we will meet at reception to the swimming pool.
Bring exercise mat, drink, runners, warm clothes for after the session.

UPDATE!! Note that this week 17 May there is a slight change as the hall is available a little later. Still meet at swimming pool reception 5.55, we’ll then run to soccer fields, do some running drills there then return to hall at 6.30pm for core, strength and a game. We may finish closer to 7.30pm. Back to normal the following week.
